"Location is great. Big clean apartment. Nicely apportioned with sufficient kitchen accommodations and plenty of closet hangers and closets and drawers. Lovely location with a patio overlooking the local plaza. No real water views and no pool. The parking is readily available. It is free street parking. There are many restaurants nearby. The restaurant below the apartments is exceptional. It is not affiliated with Rok Plaza. Kathy, the manager is incredibly accommodating and truly an asset to the place. Make sure you communicate exactly when you anticipate arriving. Ours was very late and unexpectedly so. We called Kathy at 10:00 pm and she was with us within 15 minutes. She lent us beach towels also This is a local working town. Not touristy … lots of walks along the lava shoreline. You will need a car to truly enjoy Tenerife. Next town over is San Juan Playa. More tourist shops but still a lovely local vibe. No sandy beaches here… but that wasn’t a concern for us. Drove to Teide NP in an hour and drove to #whiteTenerife catamaran whale tour in less than 1/2 hours. Easy walkable delicious dining and plenty of convenience for groceries, drinks and snacks "

"We have stayed here many times before but this was the first time we were disappointed with our visit. The property itself is good with comfortable rooms and a lovely outdoor pool. However, the service fell below what we would expect at this price point and based on our previous experiences. Each day at breakfast, we were not offered coffee as before, and had to make it ourselves. At one evening meal, we had to get a high chair for our baby ourselves despite asking the staff for it 3 times. I had arranged with the staff for a cake and candle for my wife's birthday in advance and this did not happen. I brought this to guest experience the next day who promised they would make sure it happened that night. It did not. We brought up all these issues on check out and were promised a phone call from a manager that day which again did not happen. We were left very disappointed with the level of service from an expensive resort and we will not be going back. "

"Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Initially we weren't very happy with the room but the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in. The property is clean, food at the buffet is varied and tasty, lots of healthy options. The Spa is wonderful. It is 21€ per day, but when the weather is bad it totally worth it. Entertainment for adults was nice, different musician every night. But it would have been nice to have it on for a bit longer than 10:30pm. Overall it was good though. What surprised me is that 2 of the 3 restaurants weren't included, and this isn't clear when booking. The bar is also not included, not even coffees... again this is misleading when booking. However, Rita kindly gave us a voucher for one of the a la carte restaurant, which was lovely. "
