"I had booked for 3 nights, but due to a family bereavement had to leave Spain early and stayed only 1 night.
I understand the terms of the booking (non-redundable etc), but do also think exceptions can be made, however the way it was handled was appalling, no empathy, just a bog standard email saying I had to pay in full, like I said, fair enough, but the clinical and corporate like nature of the response was pretty grim.
As for the accommodation, it's decent, nice setting (but you absolutely need a car), relatively quiet and well equipped. However, I obviously won't be returning nor would I recommend giving your money to a business so callous. "
