"From the outside,looks like a great resort but that was it. Room as big as it was is nice . No seats inside room so every time you want to sit down you have to sit on the bed . Luggage no place to pack or un pack other than the bed. Their is a nice table with a kettle and to lovey cups but nothing to put in the cup(coffee or tea) also no wher to plug in or sit down. Lots of staff but no atmosphere that you get in other resorts. Breakfast included, go else where greasy and cold. Last day stomach was upset from breakfast was in room and threw up a bit again was sitting on bed running to toilet a small stain was on sheets. When checking out charged me 900php and said that if they cleaned them they would have use bleach? My answer was don,t you bleach white sheets anways what about other bodily fluids?? They asked us if we wanted to take sheets with us. Odd question while traveling. Staff were nice but a little thing call customer service goes a long way. Everything you have to ask and their are lots of staff. Second time on the island would i stay here again no. "

"Clean room "

"Trash/recycle everywhere, room/bathroom is dirty. Room badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom window is broken, mosquito gets in the room. The restaurant is okay, serve from 8am to 5pm only. Not even a room service after this hour. No refrigerator, WiFi, sheets dirty. I will not recommend to anybody from Westerners. The hotel pictures are misleading. "

"No soap , shampoo and toothbrush . But we are prepared. But the beach is very nice your own beach . Far from restaurant but the care taker let us use his motorcycle and we gave him some money for it. "

"Staff are excellent. Filipino breakfast is delicious. Coffee was very good. Across the hotel are some local food place with grilled barbecue. The property is relatively new. The room layout is good even though small. The problem is that this property management is cost cutting to the bones. As a result, the hallway is very hot. They will give you one card to enter the room. Same card has to be inserted to activate the room’s electrical power. So when you leave, the room can’t stay air conditioned and cool. When you come back, you will enter a very hot room. The air conditioner will take 30 minutes to cool up the room. They also don’t have a supply of hand and face towels. Our rooms shower drain was slow draining—-floods the foot. But there are only 2 of them new inns in town. So, imagine what the older inns have if this new one is kinda less up to par? "
