"This place has a rat infestation. My parents were in one of the beachfront cottage and they saw a rat in their cottage. Unfortunately this was no surprise to the management as they admitted to complaints made by other guests for that cottage. "Trash/recycle everywhere, room/bathroom is dirty. Room badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom window is broken, mosquito gets in the room. The restaurant is okay, serve from 8am to 5pm only. Not even a room service after this hour. No refrigerator, WiFi, sheets dirty. I will not recommend to anybody from Westerners. The hotel pictures are misleading. "
