"This hotel is AMAZING!! Best one we stayed at during our trip around Europe. The service is honestly 6 stars. They are so on top of everything. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious. They also have the most incredible spa facility that us truly a hidden gem so pack a bathing suit. It’s free for hotel guests to use and it’s unlike anything I had ever seen. Super easy to get over the water to Bellagio so I would for sure stay here again. In my oppinion, it was the nicest hotel in Como....
