"I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly clean the room was kept. Cleanliness is the number one factor for my enjoyment of a hotel room. The man who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful (South Asian with a British accent). He saw me coming out of my room on the day I checked out and ran up to carry my bag down the stairs. It would be nice to have some breakfast snacks in the mornings but overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed in! The room was not comfortable and dirty. There was all types of repairs that needed to be done. The staff refused to give us extra towels. You Are only allowed one towel per person ( no hand or face towels) and 1 small soap for the group. No microwave. Just a blanket on the bed I slept in my clothes and a jacket cause the heater didn’t work. Horrible experience!"

"The smell of smoke is still present in the hallway and the room. Toliet bowl needs to be scrubbed clean at the rim. Those are sensitive details I cannot overlook. "

"Upon arrival, there was no one at concierge to give me the key package. Phone their emergency number and no one called back. Phoned their office, spoke with someone who said they would get right back to me and nothing. Had to book another hotel for the night and now will have to deal with Expedia to hopefully get a refund. "
