"Me hospedé una noche en este hotel y, para ese propósito, cumplió muy bien. Es un lugar sencillo, ideal para descansar y dormir, sin muchos servicios o amenidades adicionales. Lo que más destaco es la limpieza de la habitación, el amplio estacionamiento y la seguridad del lugar, aspectos que hicieron mi estadía cómoda y tranquila. Mi única observación es que nunca logré que saliera agua caliente en la bañera; únicamente salía agua fría. Fuera de ese detalle, todo estuvo bien. Si buscan un lugar limpio, seguro y práctico para pasar una noche en Juan Dolio, es una buena opción."

"Everything was great clean ,air conditioning was good staff was amazing even the drinks was hitting the only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the food wasn't as good as I hoped the food was just ok but the family side the buffet was better oh and I didn't like the beach it was lots of jelly fish!! But everything else was great!!!"

"The hotel was outstanding. The food was excellent, the facilities were spotless, and the drinks were great. The bar staff truly stood out—they were friendly, attentive, and always made guests feel welcome. However, the buffet restaurant service did not match the same high standard. The staff seemed distracted and less attentive. Many tables were missing napkins and cutlery, and guests often had to request basic items. Water, coffee, and other beverages were rarely offered proactively, which took away from the dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. With some improvement in the buffet restaurant's customer service, the experience would easily deserve a perfect 5-star rating."

"Tuve problema con el aire acondicionado pero me cambiaron de habitación, (tienen que darles mantenimiento) los TV son pequeños para las habitaciones Comida excelente y el servicio tambien. Mi habitación era 1er piso con piscina privada en 2 ocasiones se metieron personas al área deben rotular esas áreas como privadas. Buenas actividades , me encantó"
