"This hotel was very nice. It was great they have a restaurant inside the hotel and a pool. It is in the middle of Calama perfect location for being in the city. The only negative things are I asked for an early check in and they couldn’t accommodate that and we had no WiFi in our room the entire duration. The WiFi was primarily in the lobby. "

"Dated and tired. But comfortable enough to get a decent night’s sleep. A purposeful pool with basic sun-lounging furniture. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. No milk available across the entire hotel after breakfast ( to try and make your own drink ). Dinner is limited to a toasted sandwich menu. Service is hit & miss. The longer, brown/ginger haired female on check in ( 10th Dec @ noon ) was unfriendly, unresponsive and ‘bored’. The guy in the afternoon was super attentive and...

"Small property with excellent staff that was very attentive. Walkable to downtown. Our room was quiet but my kids said their room was a bit noisy. Nice breakfast with eggs and fresh juices. "

"Great staff, very clean and nice property, i would have rated 4/5 for pioneer rooms being a bit smaller in size and the hotel did not provide any dental or amenities kit. But the anstronomy experience and the swimming pool more than makes up for the smaller things. Keep it going guys, i would definitely visit again for a longer time"
