adventurous and rustic yet comfortable and clean!

This hotel is incredible. It was rustic (all outdoors, glamping tents) but had all of the necessary things to make it comfortable and easy - furnished tents with super comfy beds and electricity, WiFi, full stocked kitchen (great free breakfast too), clean and normal bathrooms, and even a pool area with daybeds. It was a 20 min walk outside of town, but it was worth it, and made it much quieter which was nice. Highly highly recommend staying here if this is your type of thing! Also the staff is super kind and accommodating and were very responsive to questions on WhatsApp and helpful with late check in and late check out!

It’s an average experience

Overall it was a nice experience. Tents are very close each other, same as the common areas. Even though we were advice by the silent rule during the evening we still could hear loud people from the next tents and the following da, at the common area. Staff very friendly and useful. Cleaning ladies were so lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Atacama Loft & Glamp. It was so beautiful to be outside in the dessert. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy. The 20 minute walk to town was worth the serenity. We were warm in bed with lots of blankets and an electric mattress pad, even with winter temps below 0C. We enjoyed making breakfast just as we liked with good ingredients. All the other guests were friendly and we could interact or not as we liked. Above all the bilingual (Spanish and English) host was extremely helpful with figuring tours and shuttles. We would definitely return.

Amazing little spot, and a great stay!

It was a really cool spot. Nice view, friendly and helpful staff and thank god they had a pool! It’s only a 20minute walk to town. The manager called us a taxi when we needed it. For breakfast they would stock our allocated fridge shelf with eggs, yoghurt, milk, juice, a tomato, some fruit and bread for us to make at our leisure. We ordered some food which we didn’t end up eating. They threw it as it sat there a little while but didn’t charge us for it. We expected to pay for it but they offered which was really nice of them. It’s a shared space so you can’t expect everything to always be on point as some guests aren’t tidy, but they did really well to keep everything as clean as possible. They also give back a portion of their profits to maintain the local environment! Would definitely recommend them and stay there again!

A very interesting place; the concept of Loft & Glamp is somehow different of what I am used to; but I loved the vibe of the place, how de lofts are made, distribution, outside kitchen, everything.

Comfort camping in the desert.

Atacama Loft is unique and difficult to compare to a hotel etc. It is off grid and they have recycled everything to build a few small apartment buildings of adobe . Most of the place is made up of large tents. Very comfortable with an outdoor kitchen area where guests can make their breakfast, Food is supplied each day and put into the outdoor fridge. If you want to experience the desert, the opportunity to stay in the tents at Atacama is the most fun you'll experience.

Dirty tents and carpets looked as if they hadn’t been changed in many years. Gets really cold at night and the mini electric heater was inadequate - would wake up multiple times shivering in the middle of the night. Not all beds came with heated blankets but got one eventually after getting sick from the cold. Dogs barking throughout the night. Food at the accomodation was awful and hot food was served partially cold. Bathrooms unclean and limited amenities.

O lugar é incrível! Muito lindo, tudo bastante organizadinho! Ponto alto foi a piscina para o calor intenso do deserto. O nosso Glamp estava sempre limpo e organizado, gostamos muito da experiência. Achei que fosse sentir falta de banheiros privativos, mas ainda que o alojamento estivesse cheio, sempre havia banheiros e chuveiros disponíveis. O lugar fica há uns 20 min a pé do centrinho, esse é o único ponto de atenção para quem não tem carro (para nós foi tranquilo, pegamos até carona hehe, pessoal super de boas). Com certeza recomendamos o lugar, amei <3

Le site est magnifique, une vue exceptionnelle sur les volcans et plusieurs montagnes. Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus c’est la tranquillité de l’endroit et à moins de 5 minutes de marche de la ville. Le personnel est super gentil. Le déjeuner offert est plus que satisfaisant … Bref, nous avons adoré cet endroit!

Funcionários mal caráter

A estrutura do hotel é legal, porém os funcionários são mal carater. Tentaram (e insistiram) em cobrar da gente um passeio que esqueceram de marcar. Pagamos caro pela ceia/fefsta de ano novo e o bar fechou as 22:30 - não deixaram nada para fazermos os drinks Os passeios tem preços abusivos e o atendimento é muito ruim.

El lugar es increible, espacioso, las tiendas muy comodas y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Las cocinas cuentan con todo lo necesario, en cuanto al desayuno muy completo, pero ojo que si no comieron algo en el dia uno en el dia dos no reponen la comida aun cuando ya esto se supone que esta pagado y corresponde por estadia. Mantienen un local que venden comida y coctails bastante buenos Para llegar al pueblo puedes tardar entre 15 a 20 min caminando. La dueña Macarena un amor! 100% recomendable

Conforto com linda vista!

A estadia em Atacama Loft foi incrível, Catarina nos recebeu com muita gentileza e presteza, o que se repetiu durante todos nossos 7 dias por lá. As acomodações eram confortáveis e limpas, com utensílios essenciais para uma boa hospedagem. A vista é maravilhosa: tomar café da manhã admirando a Cordilheira e seus vulcões não te preço. Recomendo muito!

The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially on reception. I stayed in a tent, it gets too hot during the day to spend any time in there, even with the fan on. Fortunately there is plenty of shade or the pool to lounge around if you have time to relax. It is also a little far out of town to walk in the heat of the day. However a taxi only costs $3000 peso.

Todos muy amables, el lugar es muy bonito y esta muy bien equipado, el único problema que yo encontré son los Baños que no son privados y me tocó encontrarlos muy sucios, todo lo demás es excelente
