"The beach was across the street. It was such a nice clean beach and the restaurant was authentic and priced very fairly! The staff was amazing !!! From the star bartender to the restaurant desk to the cleaning team. The restaurant staff (breakfast) were on POINT! This hotel is very conveniently located . I will definitely recommend this place ."

"We loved everything, the room, the beach, the restaurants and bars. The food was excellent. Some of the staff were incredible and a few not so much but overall very good. The only bar/restaurant problem we had is one older guy kept making our drinks wrong and expected us to still pay. We did but when I ask for an alcoholic drink I expect alcohol and when I ask for a non alcoholic I expect non alcoholic. The CONS and why we would not stay here again, the pool and hot tub closes at 7pm or 8pm. We were told two different times. We love to swim and sit in the hot tub at night and that is not an option at Divi. The other resorts we checked out went late into the night and had fun stuff. Divi is pretty much dead from 7pm on."

"Resort is awesome and very unique. Food on property was pretty good as well. My only thing not making this a 5 is that unless you want to pay for a cabana or a palapa each day when using the beach you will be forced to pay each day for a rental. There are chairs you can use for free and lots of them but unless you are an early riser you will find it kind of difficult to find a good chair and not be cooking in the sun 24/7. Property is also very close tons of different water sport businesses and restaurants on the water or across the street on that strip or businesses."

"Great location, clean room, full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, free parking, free washer/dryer- just bring detergent/dryer sheets, fast elevator, excellent air conditioning was greatly appreciated, towels for the beach and pool were provided. Superfoods grocery store is nearby- we went daily, short walk. Short walk to the beach, if you don’t want to walk they provide a golf cart type of vehicle, one of the staff will drop you off at the beach. We rented a car with Hertz on the spot, they are located at the entrance. We needed the car to explore the island and pick up food as restaurants options are not walkable within the property. Housekeeper refused to change bedsheets after 5 days, it took numerous phone calls and had to speak to the hotel manager- just to be told that it is a housekeeping department issue, nothing he can do. We travel a lot, this is the first time we had this happen. A huge disappointment. It took 4 hours for them to eventually change it. This is not a luxurious place compare to places in Palm Beach area but decent for the price. We did not come to visit this island for luxury but for the experience and the gorgeous eagle beach. This is our second time in Arub, We stayed for seven days. We will visit again in the near future."
