"Let’s start with the highlights. The staff on ground were superb, friendly, patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Solidified feeling safe there. The check in process was seamless. I received a message prior to landing with the process super easy. The pictures are pretty good depictions of the sight. "Clean room and facilities. Dining options were plenty. Nice part of town. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was we paid for ocean view and we hardly had an ocean view. Our balcony overlooked mainly a parking lot. The ocean could be viewed if you turned a hard right around the room divider. "
