"Lovely accommodation, would stay here again, ideal location for visiting attractions by bus and close to shops for some essentials, 24 hour shop nearby, overall handy location. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "

Everything is done right there and sunbed monitored for use to stop people keeping them without use.

"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."
"The hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions. There are heaps of places around to eat at your own leisure and a lot cheaper. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. "
"Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception.
Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again "
"We requested an apartment close to the ADULT pool. Which we got, very impressive sea views. Apartments are basic but always clean and comfortable. Would recommend apartment 144 to everyone. "
