"Room was not ready but the reception person did her best to accommodate us before the standard check in time. The bed was very comfortable which helped a lot after a sleep less overnight flight to SFO."

"The rooms didn’t smell so great, but outside of the the staff was awesome and the kids had a blast. Definitely a grea stay when yoh are in SF. Down the street from the piers. So much to-do in a walking distance. "

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were great and ready to help. Anything we were needing was addressed quickly, even during Super Bowl weekend. I was expecting lag at some point but was very pleasantly surprised it was all smooth sailing. Extra kudos to Ben for making our stay a very enjoyable and personal experience. The hotel is a couple easy blocks from the Warf so it was very convenient. Make sure the enjoy the outdoor fire pits if you decide on a night in."
