"No lotion only soap in bathroom..no robes. Pool heated.. overall felt hotel tired..bad hallway carpet..room door not flush with door jam. Great breakfast!! Parking price add-on expensive!! Great location for tourist !"

"THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. The Bedding needs to be up dated. The bed covers were very ragged. Shuttle service needs to be more dependable on pickups at the airport and on schedule when going to the airport. I wished more good restaurants were in the area for individuals with dietary limitations."

"The room was more on the smaller side of rooms we’ve stayed in at other hotels but it had everything we needed for our stay. We did not have a car and planned most of our stay around Fisherman’s Wharf so the location of this hotel was perfect. Short walking distance times to just about everything we wanted to do! The staff was very friendly and helpful and always easy to find. The property had a fun vibe with an outdoor area and game room. I would highly recommend The Zephyr to anyone wanting to be down near the Wharf!"

"Yes but it would be nice to have some bacon or breakfast meat besides eggs what they have is a continental breakfast not breakfast. Room noisy area above me someone stomping & running hard, with rip in carpet, my other stay there two other times was very nice"

"Nice quiet room. Well decorated. Only downside was Expedia rooms apparently in the furthest tower and rooms are @ the furthest from the elevators."
