Loved everything the only problem was that we had to go to the front desk twice because our room key would not work, besides that loved everything! They even let you stay past the closing time in the heated pool :)

Stay met expectation. Baits schedule, so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Looks like the hotel is in a state of transition as you are greeted with a banner upon entry of “under new management.” The front desk woman was very friendly and made conversation. The pool looked amazing, although didn’t have an enough to enjoy it.

The pool and hot tub were great! The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom fixtures were clean but the floor and walls were not. Rust stains in the tub from paint cans and toilet at an angle and not solidly affixed to the floor.

We have been to this hotel many times. Mainly for the hot tub and pool area for our kids. We haven't been in awhile and the hotel room we had made us feel like they are not properly maintaining the property. Everything was worn or on the verge of breaking. Normally I'm fine with this basic rooms of this hotel. Now, I don't know if I'd return. The pool and hot tub area is still fantastic - just bring your own towels.

Loved the bed. Was never able to connect to Wi-Fi in room 114. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work; oh, well. The housekeeping ladies were very gracious, as was the staff at the front desk. Expedia lists this hotel as having a restaurant attached. It does not. Expedia: "Dining space on-site A large restaurant space seats over 100 indoors, plus two patios for open-air meals." We were not there for amenities (though WiFi would have kept us in the rat race of the world.....oh, a week without WiFi---give it a try.) Aloha, JBSJB
