"Great place to stay in the most charming part of Durango. Walk to dinner, buy a book, pretend to buy real estate (everyone needs a ranch in Colorado, right?), enjoy a wonderful evening using the Lodge as a stopover spot."
"The breakfast was considerably better than other hotels. The fire alarm at midnight was inconvenient and apparently not all that necessary. This is a nice hotel and I recommend it."

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Durango Downtown by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly & accommodating front desk staff. Great location. Good hot breakfast selection. Loved sitting outdoors at the attached tavern. Would like to commend Chasity who was one of our morning breakfast hostesses. She was so friendly & started our day off with a smile! Would definitely stay here again 👍"
"Room was great, we had a desk, sofa and lots of extra floor space for the 3 of us to move around each other. Hot tub was running beautifully and we used it both nights. It had a privacy fence but was in the middle of the parking lot. Staff let us stay an extra 15 min when we arrived late from dinner. We were only a five minute drive from the downtown historic shopping district, where we had some great meals. "
"The keyless access is so easy and convenient. The owner/management has thought of everything, except the sheets and pillows. The pristine condition of the accommodation lead me to expect cotton sheets and down pillows. Otherwise, everything was great. "
"Our room was our best experience so far. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river, spacious room, and the best shower! Close to the train and shopping. "
