Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
The resort was definitely nice, clean, and friendly. The main issue was the construction. It was loud and sometimes got in the way if you were trying to get somewhere. One day seemed to be right next to our room so was really loud.

The Royal Sonesta San Juan
The pool was too crowded for me. The room was not cleaned twice, When I called to let them know they weren’t accommodating. I literally had to go looking for the cart because we have no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no clean towels and last but not least no coffee, coffee cups or sugar. I love the hotel ...
