We stayed here for 4 nights. Always came back to a clean room, I even appreciated my dirty laundry getting bagged up and put aside. The area is a 5 min walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. I’d stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel and the staff was wonderful especially Andina. She was attentive, helped us to navigate our stay, and even sung Happy Birthday to my wife. We would definitely recommend this location.

Clean room, helpful staff, not normally staffed but here and willing to help. Even helped us bring our bags in. Plenty of soap and toilet paper. Parking directly across the street. Area seemed safe.

The location was amazing, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, activities, and only a block away from the beach. The rooms are renovated and very modern. They were very accommodating to meet my needs! The cleaning staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I would definitely book with Red Door Inn again.

The housekeeping staff was attentive and pleasant. The check-in process is needs simplification and editting. It was very clean and cozy. Just what i was looking for. I would go back.

Room is clean and the lady who cleans the room was very sweet. But the gentleman who is the "front desk attendant" was not personable at all. It was like it was an inconvenience for him to acknowledge us or answer questions, even when calling .

I had a nice stay overall and found the property to be very pleasant. The location was excellent! Close to shopping, with restaurants and the beach just a short distance away, which was very convenient. The room was exactly what I needed for a one-night stay and would have been comfortable for a longer stay as well, especially as a solo traveler. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of hair on the floors, which was noticeable. Aside from that, both the room and the property were very clean. I also experienced an issue accessing the lockbox and called the number provided but did not receive a return call. Fortunately, another guest was kind enough to help me. Overall, it was a good stay in a great location, with just a few minor areas that could be improved. Would recommend.

The place was very clean, easy to get into and in the middle of an area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan. Really close to the beach maybe about a block walk would definitely stay there again.

El anfitrión me cobró un cargo extra por unos “damage” irrelevantes, incluyendo unas sábanas que ya estaban manchadas desde antes de mi llegada. Además, estuvo llamándome con insistencia para cobrarme ese dinero, lo cual me pareció poco profesional. Desde el inicio también tuve problemas para obtener la información del wifi, ya que cuando lo contacté respondió de forma confusa y sin darme los datos correctos. En general, no me gustó el trato ni su nivel de profesionalismo.
