"My stay was incredible. My family and I loved everything the hotel had to offer. However, we had one bad situation the day of our checkout because my card was declined for the charges that I charged to the room. I wasn’t aware of my card being declined and they did not make it known to me that it was. What they did do was lock me out of my room and I was confused about the situation because I hadn’t checked out yet. When my family and I returned from breakfast, we were waiting in the corridor for an hour and it was frustrating. Again, I had not checked out so it was just frustrating the way they decided to handle the situation was by locking me out of my room with all my belongings inside. Once I figured out what was going on, my card was charged and everything was fine to get back in, but, I thought that was extremely inappropriate. With that being said, our stay was excellent aside from that and I’m not the type to make these situations a big deal. But It was frustrating cause I have 2 small children and we were locked out of our room."
