"The Asian-influenced restaurant on-site was excellent! The food was truly amazing. Unfortunately, the wait staff was doing the best it could but there were not enough waiters. In all fairness, it was an incredibly busy weekend in downtown San Jose."

"I was very surprised by how beautiful the hotel the first two nights i was very pleased with my stay. But somehow on our last morning someone went and checked us out of our room early in the morning. the staff didn’t bother to verify that it was the correct room! I was awoken by the cleaning staff trying to open my room. they told me that the front desk told them i was checked out. When i went downstairs the girl at the front desk was very rude! She said I personally went and checked out. i told her that was impossible as i was just woken up by their employees trying to open my room! She checked me back in and made the remarks that it was almost time to check out. I still had 3 more hours! Their employees kept coming back and knocking after we told them we weren’t ready to check out yet! That was very frustrating! Up to that moment i was very pleased with my stay until that whole situation happened!"

"This hotel was awesome. Such a great view at the top. Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful. They even upgraded our room and this was by far one of my favorite places we stayed at. I will definitely come back here again the lady that helped me at the desk was very helpful provided excellent service and upgraded our room to one of the best rooms with a beautiful view."
