"Everything was off the charts. The exercises with Raul & team, Julio with the bus crew were amazing. The restaurants were good, everything was fun but the people there are so nice and willing to make sure you enjoy your stay. It was amazing. This is a must visit place. "

"Food & Dining Let’s start with the buffets, because… wow. The food was terrible, nothing was labelled, and half the time we were playing “Guess That Mystery Dish.” And the plates? Calling them “clean” would be generous — we had to dig through stacks just to find one that didn’t look like it had already lived a full life. The à la carte restaurant was actually great, but good luck getting in. Their reservation system is a joke. Six days at the resort and we managed to snag two reservations. Two. For a resort this size, that’s embarrassing. Room & Cleanliness The staff were nice, but the room? Straight out of the 1970s — and not in a cute retro way. The décor was dated, the furniture didn’t match. Cleanliness was another adventure. Mold on the shower tiles, mold around the drain, and one night we were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom. Nothing says “vacation” like turning on the light and seeing something scuttle. Many stains on the bed sheets and headboard. Pool & Atmosphere If you enjoy waking up at 3 am to reserve a pool chair then you found your spot. There were nowhere near enough seats for the number of guests, so people were claiming chairs the night before just to have a spot the next day. The whole vibe felt competitive and stressful—the opposite of the relaxing atmosphere a resort should offer. Massive volleyball tournament that took up majority of the beach which we were not warned about. Walking by the ocean was the only enjoyable part of staying here. "

"This resort is incredible! From the staff, the manicured gardens, the service, food options and libations, just an incredible resort. There are 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean and we got to enjoy whale watching from our balcony! First time to Cabo but will definitely be back!!"

"The foods are horrible especially the buffet and the Luna restaurant was a little bit better than the buffet. There was only two restaurants. One of the bar tenders at the pool didn’t have a good service and mixed drinks were not good at all"

"The hotel is very good overall, super clean, and the staff is super friendly. Great for families with children, very family-friendly. The all-inclusive system was the best I've ever experienced. The only downside was that I forgot to leave my wallet in the safe and $40 disappeared from it, but it was my fault for not putting it in the safe anyway."
