"I was upset that they wanted to charge me each day for parking: I was not told about a parking fee - they were gracious enough to waive the fee after I protested the large charge for one night! Shouldn’t Expedia have told me?"

"The property itself is nice. However I am unclear as to why my room was placed right behind a big reception hall that was so loud I finally asked to be moved. The staff gave varying information about when the event was done. I then was moved to a queen when I reserved a King. No partial refund yet. As for the breakfast what a disaster. The waiter didn’t know if we had to pay and was visibly annoyed when I asked for a croissant. The food was picked over and the area was messy and dirty. We informed the waiter we would leave. Also it’s lame you are charged for internet."

"My neighbor in the room next to us had his/her music so loud that we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and all he could say was they had no security, no manager on site and it was only him and the bartender there. I told him I needed something done. When nothing changed, I called back and he didn’t answer the phone on two occasions. I then called the Hilton 800 number. She connected me with the guy at the front desk. He then told me he would go to the room himself. It was 11:00 PM. Then the music stopped. My son and I listened to the music for at least 2 1/2 hours. It lasted from 8:30 to 11:00 PM."

"Our room with 2 queen beds was wonderful...and very clean! We thought the teeny tiny coffee pot was TOO LITTLE for a bedroom that can sleep 4! BUT...the coffee downstairs was Delicious!! That is IMPORTANT for coffee drinkers! and we liked the breakfast offerings! Yummy little quiches...and good muffins...and good looking bananas too! The parking garage was very convenient...and we appreciated the luggage carts...they were very easy to maneuver!"
