"We had a family room which has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms - had what we needed in the kitchenette for kids meal making, good number of towels and a nice big balcony - only downside is it didn’t get sun at any time really (was an inner room at end). Staff lovely and friendly and pools great. Only a few euros to and from main promenade in a taxi. Would book again for sure. Thank you for the memories. "
"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the booking, I did not receive the half-board option. I suspect this may have been related to Hotels.com rather than the hotel itself.
The hotel amenities were good and the food was really enjoyable. We requested a quiet room and the hotel accommodated this, although the area can be quite busy at night so some noise was unavoidable.
The location was very convenient, though walking around the area in the evenings sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable. There was also a locker in the room available for an extra fee. I had an issue with my luggage lock and the hotel staff helped resolve it, which I really appreciated.
The evening shows were also a nice touch and added to the overall experience.
Overall it is a comfortable hotel in a convenient location. "
"very noisy in the evening as pool side party every night. the building is dated but clean and is of a good location. Parking onsite but not included in the price (which does seem to differ from the description)."
"Wonderful apartment complex! The staff were really lovely and the apartment was fantastic. We had a two bedroom sea and mountain view apartment near the central reception. The apartment was a little tired but otherwise really lovely and luxurious. For the money we were very happy with the apartment, it's one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in Spain/Tenerife. We opted for breakfast included as it wasn't much per person and the offering and timings were good. It did get very busy at times but wasn't an issue, we always found a table and although plates and other bits occasionally ran out it was still very good value for money.
We stayed with our 9 month old baby and were provided with everything we needed. A decent safe travel cot for sleeping, including a firm flat waterproof mattress, a high chair and baby bath.
We had three balconies in total and a lovely sunken living room. The apartment also had two bathrooms which was great when staying with another couple for privacy.
The kitchenette was actually a fully fledged kitchen with full oven, hob, microwave and dill fridge freezer. Everything we needed was in the apartment including hairdryers, iron and smart TV.
Although some parts were tired it was clean and fully functioning.
The windows and doors weren't double glazed so the entertainment could be quite loud as we were by the main pool but this was always finished by 10pm, it was only really apparent as we have an infant who goes to bed earlier than most.
