Excellent stay at the Ona Beverly Hills Suites. Spotless room, grounds, pool area. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast, plenty of variety. A big mention to Brigada, the lady who works in the courtyard restaurant area. Hopefully I’ve got her name right! Very nice lady, as are all the staff we came across. Definitely recommend and will return.

I’d stay here again, it’s rooms are perfectly acceptable, the beds need better mattresses, there dated, but apart from that, the rooms are good. The staff are lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. It’s a little walk to the beach, and the hills are not for the faint hearted, but taxis are always available, right outside.

Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Good size balcony. Check in was efficient and easy. Key card kept breaking which meant no easy access through the gate closer to the apartment but a walk back to reception from top of the hill to sort , not ideal ! Good place for the money but too far up a hill to return.

The staff were nice, the room was cleaned once in our 5 night stay and was cleaned well . The overall was lovely but if I were to critique anything, I would suggest more staff at breakfast! They worked very hard but ran out of crockery every day so was a bit chaotic however food was a good standard. Also when I asked for a room towel was told there would be a charge! 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel changed every 3 days seemed a little harsh to wash your hair and shower for 2 people . Staff all work very hard!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely great. Everyone were just so friendly and ready for help. Place was very clean and well decorated. The food was absolutely great. Definitely will come back here again and highly recommended.

Superb Hotel

A fabulous 2nd visit for us at the Beverley Hills. There is only one downside, it is a hill climb from the bars and restaurants, albeit not far. The 2 pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Staff were so accommodating and slick on reception. Would definately stay again.

Excellent reception staff. Up a very steep hill... excellent breakfast. Dinner options at another location up a very steep hill..food very poor there. Taxi from town 4.5 euros..trip down the hill navigating past lots of boozy bars.
