"Checked in a few days ago Owner and care taker responds right away prior check in. we raised our concerns,m tot he caretaker abt the baby cockroaches in the hnit. She said they just di bug spray and they knew abt this because there complaints from previous tenants. She mentioned that the dirty utility is jist close to the hnit. When we texted both caretaker and owner that we were not comfortable etc, we did not receive any response from them anymore. Baby Cockroaches-all Over the unit"

"The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning on holding several events on the grounds in the future and have officially labeled this hotel as the best kept secret in Pampanga. "
