"Hay lugares en Mazatlán que se sienten nostálgicos y a su vez sientes como el tiempo pasa lento porque todo lo que te rodea te hace sentir tranquilidad. Eso fue lo que sentí en Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán y Emerald Bay. En ambos hoteles la hospitalidad de la mayor parte del personal fue excelente. Y hay casos en que fue extraordinario, por ejemplo Gilberto nos trató de lujo en Cilantros. José Luis nos trató como sus amigos en la alberca mas grande que tiene Emerald Bay. Eso por poner un par de ejemplos. Eso sí eso tiene mucho que ver cómo trates a las personas que te dan un servicio. Si vas y eres grosero no pretendan recibir un trato increíble. Les recomiendo mucho este lugar y si tienen todo incluído disfruten de todos los restaurantes sabe deliciosa su comida. Nosotros volveremos porque ya Sido el mejor lugar en el que hemos estado 😎. Sin duda Mazatlán tiene hoteles hermosos pero Pueblo Bonito tiene alma gracias a su gente ❤️."

"The Hotel is old but they do have remodeled area. Currently 1 elevator working so for 11 floors, there maybe some wait. The staff is nice and helpful and security is very visible.
