"Didn’t eat there so no opinion on that. Check in is 4, not 3 as listed on booking websites. Property location is gorgeous with stunning views. It is about a mile down a gravel road, very secluded. The room furnishings a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Room was clean, bathroom ok, shower gets hot, water pressure so-so, shower doesn’t drain very well. Very conveniently located to Pienza and other towns. Overall OK but not worth the price of nearly 200€"

"Parking was plentiful but a long steep walk from the hotel. This makes the luggage drop and pick up a monumental task. The rooms are large and well appointed/decorated."

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "

"Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around. Lots of space to go for a run. Easy to get to Montepulciano and Pienza. Nice to meet so many other travelers. The room was quaint, beautiful, clean and unique. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and nice linens. Plenty of fresh air and sounds of animals from outside. The breakfast was beyond spectacular. Most beautiful eggs we’ve ever eaten! Pretty pool but we didn’t use it. We opted for the farm table dinner and it was one of the best experiences we had on our trip. The aperitivo experience was just so gorgeous and hospitable - my favourite part! We tasted their olive oil from their property and bought a bottle. We did not do the truffle class or the cooking class, but I wish we had stayed longer so that we could have tried both! We stayed one night but wished we had stayed for 3. My ONLY feedback would be that the showers could be replaced to be more modern. Thank you Tamara, Adela, dinner chef and breakfast chef! ♥️ 🇨🇦"

"Not a big fan of the “check yourself in” method. Never saw anyone except the chamber maid (she was wonderful!). Can’t call yourself a “B&B » if you don’t serve breakfast and definitely can’t call yourself a resort if there is nothing to do there. Beautiful views among olive trees and rolling hills but coffee is 20 minutes away. I could survive with a cold Diet Coke but there’s no refrigerator. Tile floor but I saw the bathroom had a towel warmer but could not locate the power switch. This is where a desk person would be handy. At least print up some information. There is a wine cooler but it would not get colder than 69 degrees Fahrenheit. I really wanted to love this place but I couldn’t give it the benefit of the doubt. I also couldn’t find the restaurant located on their other property. "

"Most beautiful property! Staff was incredible, kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant both nights and it was delicious. Wait staff was the best! The owner even gave us rides back to our room. It was the most peaceful feeling to be there. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a truly peaceful experience!"
