The grounds are beautiful and walks outside the gates in San Marino or South Pasadena are on broad tree-lined streets of estate homes. The staff is exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to be sure that you are satisfied with your room or any amenity. It is not inexpensive, but worth it for a vacation or long weekend when you want a nice getaway."
