"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

"The hotel itself was fine, no complaints and no rave review factors. But the front door bellman / host Prince really made the difference for my stay. So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip. "
