"Fantastic hotel to stay in San Francisco . Rooms were rear with views , very clean , location was excellent , lobby was awesome !! Totally recommend it for families !!"
"While the room was clean it smelled of weed upon arrival. Also you can hear everything above you and outside and both were very loud. The breakfast and location to the pire 39 and transport were great. "
"I checked in on 4/7 for my two night stay. I was charged $158.80 for parking (78.80) and security deposit (79.00). When I checked out today I received the paper receipt saying I paid $79.80 and owed nothing after that. I checked my bank account at 330pm and saw I was charged TODAY an additional $75. I called and the phone rang about 10 times before it was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold without anyone saying anything. I waited for 10 minutes and hung up. When I called back it was picked up on the 2nd ring. I spoke with Johnathan and he has no explanation why I was charged $75. He said he couldn't see that charge on his side. He kept saying if it was pending it wouldn't be charged. Well, it shouldn't even be pending to begin with. The charge from 4/7 should have the deposit pending. There should be NO pending charge for 4/9. I understand the concept of the security deposit pending and not posting as this isn't the first time I've stayed in a hotel but there is absolutely no circumstance an additional pending charge should have been placed on my card without my authorization. Bc whether it drops off or not, today at this moment, I have $154 pending from Comfort Inn that I do not have access to in my acct. I only authorized the first charge from 4/7. Someone charged my card after I left
Additionally during our stay the bathroom sink was clogged, bathroom light was out, my son took an ice cold shower in the morning, only one elevator worked, no breakfast by 815. "
