"The staff although were nice in some ways, but the reception staff lack experience and knowledge. Although I checked in online before arrival, I had to queue in a long line with other customers who didn’t check in online. That was because the online check-in counter staff was not available. The staff wanted to charge me the room fees again as he couldn’t locate the evidence of payment through Expedia. I refused to pay and had to escalate to a manager who could find my payment in the system. The inexperienced staff just acted as if nothing had happened. I recommend to avoid this hotel!"

"Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. Bellboy didn’t give us one suitcase and I didn’t think to check as I popped to the toilet my husband had loaded them into the taxi. This meant an 80euro trip back to the hotel to retrieve it. No apology instead held it and accused us of not paying our bill which had been settled the night before! Disgusting practises never again!!!"

"Stay away if you can, bed sheets had stains and headboard of bed had blood stains. Shower was full of small flys. We were only staying here for one night so didn’t make much difference but I definitely wouldn’t be back."

"The breakfast was quite limited. Sometimes they add raw onion in omelette. They also block half of morning dining room so I had to wait for 5-10 minutes every morning at 10am for free table and for fork and knife. Menwhile the blocked area had all the tables ready but not used. The rooms are very dated. Not a fan of purple colours everywhere. I will probably wont stay there again unless its super cheap because its very close to Yumbo. "

"Would thoroughly recommend. Rooms a little tired but very clean, with everything you need and good service. Plenty of choice for breakfast - quality of food fine. Had a room with a city view, which was lovely and quiet."

"Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only."

"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time around. The garage was usable but not smooth to navigate, which became a minor daily frustration. The hotel itself was also quite noisy at times. Food was a weak point. Breakfast was acceptable, but overall dining quality was below expectations. Overall, I’d rate it around a 3/5. If you’re a business traveler needing quick airport access, it does the job well. For a solo traveler looking for a more relaxed or enjoyable stay, there are better options."
