"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. "Vincent Resort is a good place to stay. The pool is nice, and perfect for family gatherings. Their place is close to shopping places, the walking street, and SM. . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The food was excellent and incredibly varied. The staff always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. They also have a shuttle if you want to go outside. They also offer services to the airports Manila and Clark."
