"I booked a room they gave me room 244 upstairs, I told the guy I had large suitcases, he said he would help me since there’s no elevator. I get to the room and it smelled strongly bleach smell ! I opened the window turned on the AC try to air it out for about 15 minutes with the door open , I was getting a headache from the bleach smell , I went ahead to move my bag and there was a baby cockroach right under my bag!!!! I was upset about the smell and the headache and nausea it was causing me and now I just discovered a cockroach! I immediately took my heavy luggage by myself back to my car and asked the front desk to cancel my stay which he said he couldn’t do that and to call the manager the next day, so I called and she forcefully charged me for the night even though I informed her the condition of the room and the cockroach while she refused to listen but instead denied everything, because I sat on the bed she said she was being forced to charged me for the entire night even though their rooms are highly toxic fumes of bleach in the entire room , I would give them a zero star and hope they lose their license to operate, zero customer service or care ! We are not in India !!! This is the U.S. please shut this roach infested bleached chlorinated toxic mold motel! It doesn’t represent any Wyndham property! It is damaging the Wyndham reputation! Yuck !!!"

"The air conditioning was spewing lots of dust or mold dust bc the last 3 days before my departure me and my son started to sneeze a lot after I turned on the AC, the last night was the worst ! I was woken up at 3am coughing and my throat hurting me, I turned off the AC and I felt better soon after and was able to go to sleep and woke up with dried eyes and back pain, I honestly believe your Air ducts need a deep cleaning same with the air conditioner. I stayed in room 308 couldn’t wait to leave! Unfortunately I always enjoyed staying at the Fairfield hotel, the breakfast was a plus, and the stuff, the room needs attention. "

"My family and I stayed here hoping to use the pool since we came with our son, but when checking in the receptionist let us know that pool was under maintenance till further notice. We noticed that they are remodeling all the rooms and that would've been nice to know prior to booking. "

"Very clean and cozy small property. Safe area. Just the mattresses were not the most comfortable. But overall affordable for a last minutes search. "
