"The $50 daily resort fee add-on is unfair. I stayed for one night and left at 3:30AM for an early flight. So, no complimentary breakfast so I asked if the resort fee could be waived and was told the manager that could approve that was out of town??"

"This is a great hotel! I especially like the quality of the food, the wide corridors, the solid doors, plentiful towels, clean sheets and trash removal every day. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and the amenities were great. But it did seem like they were understaffed. Also outsourcing the parking and WiFi connectivity to third parties is not optimal for the customer. The parking costs and requirements are ridiculous and the internet connectivity needs more senior techs and a much quicker response time. But I had a great time. Thank you."
