I don't always make negative reviews. And overall, the stay met our needs. However, we did have to move rooms. The toilet seat closed when using the bathroom, the riverview was really more of a 2 sided view into the side of the hotel with a glimpse of the river. The hotel was decorated BEAUTFULLY. ...
