The rooms were tidy and the staff very friendly . It’s a busy hotel with a lot of traveling workers but there was no issues . One night there must of been a family with children above us that ran from 10:00 pm till 1:00 am then up again at 6:30 am . If it’s possible to put family’s with children on the bottom floor that would of been of been helpful . The breakfast was really good too !

Breakfast menu was standard for chain hotels (we thought the coffee was weak). The beds were comfortable and room size was also standard. Bathroom was a decent size with tub shower combo. Room temperature stayed as set. Two different staff experiences. Our check-in lady was rather curt but the night manager was excellent. We had a room on the first floor with a “basketball team practicing above us”. The night manager was approached at one in the morning. He apologized and graciously offered to talk with them. I appreciated not having to call the room!

The room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is that there could have been a few more options for the breakfast buffet, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would return and I would recommend this hotel.
