Hotel was very clean & well maintained. Room was nice, good size with kitchen. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Basketball court & indoor pool were perfect for keeping kids entertained.

Hotel was beautiful on the outside but the inside of our room seemed old. The mirror was peeling in the bathroom and there were stains all on the furniture. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was one of the better free complimentary ones we have had. All in all it was just ok. We’ve enjoyed our Holiday Inn and Hampton suites stays better.

Only minor issues

The staff was excellent. The room is the only thing we had issues with. The water: Had no hot in kitchen. Bath vanity seemed to have mineral deposits and air in it. The AC: There was very little air flow into the living/kitchen/entry (where thermostat is). Had vents completely closed in bedroom and it was still freezing in there. There seems to be a restriction in ducting. Other than that, the room was what we have come to expect.
