"Everything was just perfect.
Beautiful location. Right in the middle of everything.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Of course you need to understand that this is a 3 star hotel so I’m rating as a 3 star hostel and not as a luxury all inclusive 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was ok nothing fancy but ok,
Rooms were spacious and clean,
Pool area is a little shady especially in the afternoon but it was clean and enjoyable,
This is a cold water only hotel so if you’re looking for long hot showers this is not for you,
Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we asked for a refrigerator and they gave it to us for free.
The location is mint. Right on Main Street and only few hundred feet away from the heart of night life and main beach.
Definitely a good place to stay if you’re not looking for something super fancy."
"The service from the staff was exceptional. The hotel is in a prime location on the Malecon and beach. We ate several times at the restaurants also breakfast daily and all meals were delicious. "
"Excelente servicio, todo el personal fue siempre amable y servicial durante toda mi estancia. Recomiendo mucho hacer la visita al Cayo Acuario, que ya es incluida con el hospedaje. La comida muy buena y con una variedad razonable y buena."
