"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "We enjoyed such a fabulous stay at this place. So conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts and 5 minutes to the main town square. Well equipped room, comfortable bed, and every room has doors leading to a patio or balcony. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The spa facilities were a wonderful touch. The only minor change would be the cleanliness of our room - the floor was rather dirty so had to ensure we wore slippers or sliders so we didn’t get mucky feet. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again and again."
