"When booking this hotel I couldn’t find the particular star rating and was initially disappointed due to the lack of amenities like pool, hot tubs or exercise facilities. But wishing the first few minutes of arriving I that what the hotel DID HAVE, far exceeded my expectations. I rate this hotel 5 STAR Rating due to its wonderful staff and exceptional service and hospitality. I felt at home and didn’t want to leave. The amazing staff at the Kailyn hotel always went over and above to help and Mae you feel welcome in every way. Thank you so much Kailyn hotel for making my stay an overly enjoyable experience. 5 STARS "

"Property is new and well designed. The area is industrial and next to one of the most busy freeway in Turkey which is mot necessarily a bad thing depending on what you plan to do."

"We stayed for 9 days over Christmas here and I can tell you we were absolutely shocked by level of their service and attitude towards us. The staff are not friendly in the spa area, they are rude and not attentive to your requests. When we requested to warm up the water for us a bit they refused but later that day we checked they warmed up for their local Turkish guests. Reception was as bad as swimming pool staff. Even they were telling our kids off when they were having fun using the swimming pool. The hotel is way far from the city centre, the only good note was a clean hotel."
