Very confy with superb beachfront breakfast. Enjoy

I had a great stay at Turtle Lagoon Beach, the owner and his personnel were very attentive. I found out that some young kids had an issue with the hotel and they left negative reviews which are all unfounded. The hotel has the best setting for breakfast at Playa Bonita right in front of the beach. The room is cozzy with good AC and hot shower. We did not use the TV yet it had the channels that most would want. If you want to be within walking distance to great restaurants or just relax at the beach, this hotel is great and will be a good venue to explore the rest of Samana. It certainly deserves better ratings and that is why I want to make sure that other visitors get to enjoy this nice hotel.

Lo único bueno del hotel es que esta en la playa y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Los edificios estan viejos y descuidados. La limpieza es pésima, no hay agua caliente. No te dan toallas, ni papel. Las habitaciones estan comunicadas, por un agujero....de obra sin terminar, la privacidad es mínima

We left some swimsuites in the balkony. They disappeared for good. We are sure that they were taken by the hotel staff. On our inquiry, the hotel management did not pay sufficient attention to this very unpleasant situation. We will never return to this place with its unprofessional staff!

Great Location, right at the beach, within walking distance to Playa bonita. Options for surfers are plentiful, as well as bars and restaurants. The only downside of the hotel are the rooms. They should definitely be renovated and updated.

Reservas una habitación superior y te dan una estandar,eso si te cobran la superior. La limpieza te la hacen un dia si y otro no,cuando pone todos los días. No hay secador de pelo,mucho menos zapatillas. Si vas a las Terrenas mejor buscar otro hotel.

Buen hotel ..pero lo pensaría muy bien para volver

Las habitaciones no son las que aparecen en la fotografía, El personal era muy amable y eficiente. Las instalaciones en general muy buenas. El restaurante bien y el personal era muy bueno, sumamente educado y atentos. El hotel tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía agradable. El problem es taba en la habitación. Controles sin pilas, Tv sin señal, no era las habitaciones que aparecen en la pagina, el baño incomodo y filtro agua a la habitación. No teníamos ni agua o un vaso disponible. Al parecer su gran debilidad es la supervisión. Nos quejamos y reclamamos....fue como si nada paso. Una joven con turnos de mas 8 horas, que se le podia ver el cansancio. Una lastima que tienen todo para ser un buen hotel, solo les falta un poquito de atención gerencial.

Muy bueno todo

El complejo es muy completo. El hotel es súper lindo. La playa es hermosa. La zona donde esa es practica para todo. El desayuno super completo. La piscina muy limpia y bien posicionada. No hay crítica, pero la verdad que nos pareció mu dura la cama, pero tampoco es que solicitamos un cambio, por ende no podemos quejarnos. Seguramente por el buen servicio que tenian nos cambiaban de habitación.
