"What a break…pineapple jelly with coconut bread, smoothies, coffee with milk (in bamboo), eggs, cheese, plantanos and ham! Flowers in seashells topped the presentation! We had a choice to be served on the veranda or to have a floating tray in the waterfall pool. This place has absolutely outdone any and all competition in my book! If ever in Las Galeras, I highly recommend Chalet Tropical Bio-hotel! It will surpass any expectations and then some!"

"The owner reached out to me as soon as I made my reservation. I was able to text him with questions before and after our arrival. The staff greeted us and made sure we were comfortable for the evening. My kids loved that we were staying in a "castle". The experience is very different from staying in a traditional hotel. "Small walk to town; property is beautiful. Our rooms a bit dated, and we couldnt figure out the shower to get hot, water barely came out. The instructions, seemed outdated, so the buttons didnt work. One of our rooms A/C leaked the last night, all of our bags that we left on the floor and also the Chair. luckily our passports werent damaged. I expected a credit or our troubles, but none was offered. Front desk wasnt always staffed so couldnt get bottled waters or ask for help with the A/C;...
