"Great place for family vacation. Amazing breakfast buffet, good size pool, lots of food options. Suggestion- they should provide drinking water in lobby or at reception. Chocolate hours should have coffee & tea. Add some Pasta options on menu, rather keeping it one."

"The stay at this resort from beginning to end was absolutely fabulous!! We were three ladies in the deluxe triple room and everything was very comfortable. The breakfast and restaurants onsite were great, but the service from the staff was the stand out experience. Thank you!! Of course, Thailand always has wonderful people. The resort itself is just beautiful. It is set in a natural tropical setting and you can almost forget that there are other multistory hotels around you. The beach pool was our fave. It was also very easy to walk to the marina next door organize to go out on a boat one day. All in all the hotel and service were 10 out of 10."

"What an amazing hotel. I have nothing negative to say at all. It was a perfect stay. The rooms are amazing, the staff are wonderful and the amenities are brilliant. It was a perfect oasis in an otherwise busy trip through Thailand. The staff were so helpful and remembered small details about me and my preferences that really stood out. I ate at three out of the four restaurants there and while the steakhouse was a little pricey the quality and flavors were excellent. The Thai restaurant was phenomenal and was by far my best meal in Thailand in the 11 years I have been coming here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any type of traveler whether it be couples, families or business travel. What a great hotel!"

"On arrival, the whole premises was a WOW to me. through the winding entrance, I was led to a spacious reception and everything was the standard of "The Standard". The staff members were very helpful, helping with all the questions I raised efficiently. The room was comfortable with a good view. The staff member in the air-conditioned restaurant was not quite responsive, and I chose to dine at the Mexican one, getting drenched into the sea breeze and the staff members were very responsive and interactive. I had a wonderful time in the restaurant. The breakfast was quite disappointing; I was the first one to attend the venue at around 0645, but most of the hot food was not heated up properly. The congee should be otherwise prepared warm enough but in the end, it was lukewarm."

"The bungalow was right on the beach. If you love the sound of waves crashing on the beach, this is perfect. At night, since the place in in a rounded bay, you get to see the lights of Pattaya city and part of the towns going up to Bangkok. The setting is remarkable and peaceful."

"We had a lovely 7 nights at the Mason hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, smiling and efficient. The food at Zila, the main restaurant was very good, and service delightful. Overall, it was just what we were after, a relaxing time outside the city of Pattaya but also close enough to take advantage of what Pattaya and the surrounding area has to offer when we felt like it. Highly recommended hotel."
