They didn’t even provide drinking water in the room, blaming environmental reasons. But the worst part was the front desk staff. "The hotel is extremely dirty and this is not a 4 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and a bed to sleep on, this is not for you. Dirty carpets, dirty tables just terrible. Left my booking earlier just because we couldn’t take it any longer. "

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."
