"where to start... The hotel location is perfectly located, steps from old town, Mirabel gardens, night life and all the cultural attractions. Staff was excellent and extremely professional and courteous. Breakfast was a proper Alpine offering with Lattes etc to order. Rooms were spacious...beds were comfy and pillows were large...bathrooms had everything... including a nice shampoo AND conditioner. Everything you want when traveling abroad... would come back again and again"

"Very good location and smooth check-in and check-out process. Self-service laundry was provided at no cost. The only thing is, whenever the glass door from elevator area to the passageway is closed, our room door rattled."

"We picked this hotel because it is close to the train station. The hotel is staffed 24 hours so no issue with late arrival. The cocoon motif continues throughout including cocoon-type sleeping bags on each of the double beds. Not for everyone but fine for us. Functional and modern. Good value and easily accessible to Salzburg sites."
