"Hotel is great, staff is wonderful! The only thing missing was a laundry. In the description it’s mentioned as “laundry facilities” but it’s not an actual laundry within the hotel. We were told it’s a laundromat “down the street”. Since we traveled with kids, that was important to us."

"Likes: helpful staff. Next to train station and main bus station. Room is clean. Have to ask at reception to get conditioner and hand lotion. Dislikes: air conditioning was strong on the first day.
