"Ashley at the front desk was so awesome. She was very helpful to us and went the extra mile to help us when we had questions. The room was very large with a kitchen that was well appointed. "

"Was no towels, only 2 small hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Went to front desk to ask for towels, and was told housekeeping would have to give them to me the next day. I had to check out that next morning though and housekeeping didnt arrive until checkout time. Was very upset and probably will not return based on this incident. This is the second time I stayed here and the first time was as bad if not worse, the first time the shower head flew off and hit me in the face. "
