Only one person checking you in for valet without an easy ability to get into the hotel from Main Street is pathetic. The hotel is rundown and is a 2 1/2 star hotel. If I own this place, I would be worried sick.

No parking. The fridge had mold in it and it took 4 attempts an email and a text to get it cleaned. Not to mention I was charged $100 a day for a security deposit and have yet to get it back.

The Lockbox was good for breakfast one day and dinner another. Location is good. Can walk to many bars and restaurants downtown. Hotel is just average in regards to the room. Lots of street noise until probably 3am and we were on the 11th floor.

I thought the staff was nice. They were attentive. The hotel was quirky and fun, just needed to have a more detailed cleaning. There was trash in the corner of our room, and just had an overall feeling that it needed a deep clean. I'm glad we stayed there as it was a quick and easy walk to the opera house.
