"This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip "

Darüber hinaus gab es einen tollen Spa-Bereich und einen großen Außenpool. Die ganze Anlage war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und super sauber. "It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. "Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very beautiful spacious room. Bathroom is open concept with see through glass door. We wonder if people from opposite buildings can see us showering 😂 Otherwise, it is a great hotel with a very good restaurant for dinner and the fortress is within walkable distance. "
