Diferente da foto, antigo, lençol manchado/rasgado

Não indico e não volto. Não vale o valor. Começando pela fachada da pousada que até ficamos na dúvida se estava aberta, se era o estacionamento. Chegamos na recepção, atendimento ruim e sem preparo (nada prestativos) e tudo escuro com coisas penduradas (ver foto). Subimos as escadas e ao chegarmos no quarto, roupas de cama estavam rasgadas e manchadas. Banheiro escuro e sem janela e o chuveiro velho. O quarto ficava de frente e em cima do bar da praia (que é da propria pousada) com música alta. A única coisa boa era a vista para o mar, de resto... deplorável.

Decepcionado.

O lugar tem muito potencial por ser no estilo "pé na areia" e ser um dos poucos nas redondezas, e por isso acreditei muito no retorno em relação ao preço da estadia. Mas infelizmente as fotos estão fora da realidade atual do local. A impressão é que no passado o local foi revitalizado e depois não teve mais nenhuma manutenção. Tintas de todos os cômodos, seja da área privada ou da área comum desbotadas/diferentes/abrindo; cadeiras necessitando de substituição/reparo; café da manhã preparado sem cuidado; quartos muito, mas muito, diferente das fotos. Entre o nosso grupo não teve uma pessoa sequer que não reclamou dos barulhos das camas.

O quatro que me deram não se parece em nada com aqueles que aparecem nas fotos. É apertado e a única janela dá para um corredor interno. Além disso, a cama era barulhenta e o quatro tinha um leve cheiro de mofo.

Então, reservamos 04 quartos , viagem com amigos e família no período de 27/08 a 30/08 Pousada com péssima Recepçao (na verdade nem tinha recepção), pousada faltou água no sábado durante todo o dia (absurdo) , café da manhã super fraco, cama ruim, banheiro com aspecto de sujo. Eu e meu grupo procuramos outra pousada para tentar sair da Galeao mas infelizmente jauá estava cheio e as pousadas lotadas. Uma confusão tão grande que a minha amiga (vera Serafim) na hora que ela estava tomando café no sábado foi cobrada por algo que ela nem tinha conhecimento. Ou seja: o hóspede anterior deixou algo em aberto e a pessoa que administra (me parecia o dono) foi cobrar da minha amiga que tinha acabado de entrar ... Enfim, um fiasco. O pior lugar que já fiquei na minha vida. Não vale nem 50,00 a diária que dirá 250,

Razoável. O atendimento de Naiane é excelente, muito simpática e prestativa. Café da manhã sem variedades, único suco oferecido era de tamarindo. O quarto era novo porém a cama e travesseiro bem desconfortáveis. A área externa precisa de uma reforma, tudo muito velho, cadeira de sol com remenda de taboas. A piscina com a água com aspecto de suja. A comida no restaurante é agradável.

A hospedagem de uma forma geral foi muito boa. A localização é excelente principalmente por ter a comodidade de piscina adulto e infantil, e praia no mesmo ambiente. O cafe da manhã é bom, porém é servido tarde (08:00h). O restaurante tem o serviço confuso e faltam muitos itens no cardapio, além do cardapio noturno ser limitado. No geral a hospedagem foi muito agradável e eu voltaria a me.hospedar lá , bem como recomeno a pousada.
