Likes: Lots of space to stretch out. Great value for the money spent. Dislikes: No dehumidifier in room, it stays wet inside. Allowing adults to carry drinks and food into pools. (The pool bar is fine, but when I see a plate of food on the outside of the pool edge and a pina coloda spill into the water by a drunk woman, it made us leave the pool that day.) Please enforce no food and drinks in the pool.

Equipe do check in muito simpática e gentil. Permitiram a entrada antecipada já com consumo liberado. Meu quarto ficou pronto antes e permitiram a entrada também. Aliás, todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e educados. Quarto grande, espaçoso, vista jardim e lateral lago. Minha localização estava be silenciosa, ótima para descansar. Podiam deixar o quarto cheiroso, usar produtos mais perfumados. A piscina próxima ao meu quarto era mais silenciosa também, o que gostamos muito, pois era o que estávamos buscando. Sobre as toalhas de piscina: apenas um ponto de pega e troca na piscina principal. Quem estava longe como eu tem que caminhar o complexo inteiro para pegar as toalhas. Muito ruim isso. A comida deixa a desejar. Sempre muita fila, tudo Muito gorduroso, sem graça. Fora que o restaurante é extremamente barulhento. O restaurante japonês é tudo menos japonês. Somente 5 tipos de sushi e nem sashimi servem. Oferecem um arroz com carne e frango, surreal para um japonês. Sendo que é um calor horrível lá dentro por conta da chapa que o chef prepara esse arroz. Não gostei. Não pude comer nos outros restaurantes porque somente quem se hospeda 3 noites lá tem direito a fazer reserva. Minha ida ao japonês foi cortesia da equipe pois tinha vaga, o que agradeço. Se eu soubesse que era ruim teria escolhido outro restaurante para conhecer. 2 restaurantes fecham no domingo. Bebida tinha a vontade: chop amstel, Heineken, espumante, branco, tinto. Se são bons não sei

Staff Nota 10, Hóspedes, nem Tanto. Minha experiência geral no Iberostar Bahia Waves foi excelente e é fundamental começar elogiando o staff: o atendimento é impecável. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, educada e prestativa, garantindo que nos sintamos acolhidos e bem servidos. O profissionalismo dos funcionários é o ponto alto do resort, elevando o nível da estadia. Contudo, a convivência com outros hóspedes deixou a desejar, impactando negativamente a experiência em áreas comuns. Percebi uma falta de etiqueta em dois pontos principais: Piscina: É frustrante notar a falta de educação ao demarcar lugares; as espreguiçadeiras são marcadas com toalhas ou objetos pessoais logo cedo e permanecem vazias por horas, impedindo que outros as utilizem. Esta prática é egoísta e desnecessária. Restaurante O Rei: A gastronomia é ótima, mas a dinâmica dos hóspedes no buffet é caótica. O comportamento de alguns hóspedes ao se servir é lamentável: entram na frente dos outros nas filas e circulam de forma apressada, quase trombando uns nos outros. É um ambiente de disputa, e não de relaxamento. Em resumo, o Iberostar Bahia Waves oferece uma infraestrutura de primeira e um serviço de excelência. A única ressalva é o comportamento dos hóspedes nas áreas de piscina e restaurante, que deveria ser mais cortês para condizer com o padrão do hotel. A qualidade do staff, porém, faz valer a pena a visita. Aliás, essa é, sem dúvidas, a melhor característica do resort.

Resort lindo , muito bem cuidado , café da manhã excelente , bons restaurantes a la carte , além do buffet .( que também era bom ) . Piscinas excelentes , praia linda e ótima para caminhar ( imensa ) , mar um pouco agitado e requer atenção . A água disponibilizada nos corredores para abastecimento das garrafas é ótima , ao contrário do que constam em alguns relatos de hóspedes . Três pequenos detalhes : 1) água de coco servida tem gosto de água 2) Na piscina “ calma” ( que é ótima , por sinal) não havia de copos nem de água antes do bar abrir . Para quem acorda cedo como eu é ruim .. 3) vazão do chuveiro poderia sem maior De resto , o hotel é excelente ! Voltarei em breve

O Local é muito bonito, a equipe do hotel é boa. A tentativa de marketing de vender uma "associação" ao hotel foi, no mínimo, infeliz. Nos deram umas cortesias de café da manhã no selection e entradas no projeto tamar, mas quando descobrimos que o pano de fundo seria essa venda, dissemos que não tinhamos interesse em participar e nos tiraram as cortesias, sendo que não estava atrelado a isso, pelo menos não informaram. A recreação infantil é fraca, e algumas coisas tem custo extra pra participar. Alimentação é boa, mas podia ser melhor.
